What I learned ...

(Jeremiah 3)  Because our God is a loving and gracious God, He will forgive all our sins if only we confess.  And He will lead us in paths of righteousness, and restore our faith, if we only follow Him.

(James 4: Worldliness)  It is caused by our fleshly wants.  If we have pleasure in these things we are not glorifying God, but glorifying Satan.  We must humble ourselves before God and He will be gracious.

We should not go out on our own to 'conquer the world', but put God on our pedestal and have the attitude that 'if God wills, I will do.'
